All ships' services will be on "display" in the Royal Promenade when you board. Make all your specialty restaurant and spa reservations right away as they do fill up quickly. Find out where the ice show tickets are being given out and go first thing in order to get the day and time you want.
Definately do at least one of the speciality restaurants. We have done Portifino and Chops but as a steak lover Chops was the best meal I have ever had on any ship.
