My family and I are planning a cruise on Freedom of the Seas next year and would like to know if anyone has ever had a problem with the Royal Family Suites? Specifically any issues with soot on the balcony?
Yes. See photo below. The soot problem was so bad, that we turned all the chairs sideways when we were not using them so the soot would not land on the seat of the chairs.
