On Fantasy you will stop in Freeport and Nassau. Nassau definitely has more to do and see. I was on the same cruise and we snorkelled in Freeport but I know that you do not want to snorkel. The other thing to do in Freeport would be to go to the Lucaya beach resort area. There are several hotels and casinos there. I did not go there myself but I have read on other posts that it is pretty nice. Other than that there is a small straw market at the port which is fine to spend an hour or so.
In Nassau the port is right at the downtown/shopping section so there is a ton of things to do and see without getting a cab. You can also take a cab or water taxi over to Paradise Island and see the Atlantis resort. Or you can go to Cable Beach and hang out there. There are also a lot of excursions that you can take.
