Smashrox, you can buy a collapsable cooler at Walmart that you can pack in your luggage.  After boarding, use the cooler to keep your beer cold.  Not difficult to pack a couple of cases of beer in a large suitcase.  Just wrap it in bubble wrap in case of a leak.  Don't try to bring it on board.  Check it at curbside and it will be delivered to your cabin after boarding.
