Hi, we stay at the Amerisuites in FLL the night prior to our cruise.  They are very close to the pier, have shuttle service to the ship and will pick you up on return.  They also have a GREAT bountiful breakfast.  Your best bet would be to try to book them through Valuetrips.com.  Price is better than any other we tried.
