April, 2004 we stayed at the Renaissance in Ft. Lauderdale ($75) on priceline. Nice hotle, but have had better service. Great location. They do not have a complimentary shuttle. However cabs are less expensive then the shuttles to & from airport & pier. You can see the ships from the upper floors. Super restaurant next door is Bimini Boatyard. It is reasonable, great ambiance (on the water) and the food is ample & wonderful. After the cruise FLL airport is a ZOO.
