We bought the video while on the ship. When we got home and viewed it, we were not happy. The tape only lasted about 30 minutes and then abruptly ended. I contacted Carnival through their website and they got in touch with me about a week later. SInce then I have received two letters from them and they believe I have a bad video tape. They are trying to get me another tape. I was told by them that they save the video for about a week or two. So if your cruise has been a while they probably can no longer get that for you.
