Hello All,

I can shed some light on this. I took a Carnival Cruise on Valor in September; they had the desk on this ship and I bought one of the vouchers (they charged my Sail and Sign card). Here is what I have been told by Carnival since:

1- The Future Cruise Vouchers Desk is only available on Conquest class ships (last month I was on Legend and there was no future cruise desk).
2- The way the program works is you buy a voucher for $100 and you can use the $100 toward the deposit on any Carnival cruise within the next 5 years.
3- When you book the cruise, you will also be given an on board credit of:
   A-$50 on any 3-4 day cruise
   B-$100 on any 6-9 day cruise
   C-$150 or $200 (sorry, don't remember which) on any 10+ day cruise

I have not redeemed my certificate yet; however, Carnival told me this week that when I am ready to book, I need to call them, they will do the reservation on the phone and they will tell me where to send the voucher.
