MSC Cruises Has Just Posted the Following:

Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has presented to the media on board MSC Fantasia at Insolito Lounge the program for the world summit to be held at L’Aquila from 8th through 10th July. Berlusconi congratulated with the ship-owner Gianluigi Aponte for the hospitality while appreciating the beauty and elegance of the flagship of MSC Crociere fleet. MSC Fantasia was the one ship to be chosen to host G8 at La Maddalena thanks to its high standards of security and quality. Christened in Naples on Dec.18th, 2008 by the godmother Sophia Loren the flagship of MSC Crociere fleet is the biggest ship ever built for a European ship-owner : 137.936 gross tons of total luxury and technology, 1.637 cabins, total surface of 450.000sq.m. able to host about 4000 passengers and 1.332 crew members. MSC fantasia is the only ship to be equipped with an exclusive vip area with private access and customized service with the butler: MSC YACHT is an area dedicated to the ones longing for a cruise of luxury and elegance!
