Angie,I have sailed on Galaxy twice, though never lucky enough to be in a Penthouse Suite. The ship is fine, so far as I am concerned, but it is not my favorite Celebrity vessel by any means. The Millennium class ships are far more spacious, with more things to do. And, the refurbished Century, while smaller than the M class ships, has most of their features. I would always favor them over Galaxy if the itinerary and price were the same. Unfortunately, they seldom are and we get faced with trying to weigh trade-offs.You will get exactly the same menus, service, shows, etc on any of the X fleet, so those shouldn't be of concern to you. In my mind it really boils down to the specifics of the cruise you have booked. If you have a good route at a fair price, don't fret. If some of the other X ships have equal or better routes and prices, then switch by all means.Ted
