Get the best out of a suite?

Hi all,

I've booked a SS for an upcoming cruise on the Summit, and hoping for some tips and trips on how to get the best out of the suite. Also... what goodies are mine to keep... such as the bag.

For instance, how did you use room service? Did you have a standing order? Did you ever do the 5 course in room dining? What about the priority dining in the specialty restaurants. Did the suite help you book that ideal date and time?

Any hint, tips and personal experience would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
Jillian

HI JILLIAN,

It all depends on how good your butler is. If he has time for you then you are all set and you can get a lot of nice things. He will take care of your wake-up coffee and breakfast every morning. He will get you espresso and capucino anytime. He will serve tea and snacks every day at 4:00. He will set you up for a private cocktail party with glasses, ice and hors d'ouvres. You can dine in (Sky Suites are a bit tight for this) or he will bring you desserts and coffee after dinner if you like to leave the dining room and have a quiet after dinner dessert in your suite. He will even deliver pizza for you and hold it for a later time in case you want a snack.

If your butler is not cooperating you can simply tell him that his services will not be needed and use the regular cabin attendant for standard items and the regular room service like everyone else.
