Hi Al. I agree with jetblue that the trip down the Hudson River out of the City is fabulous. I suggest going to one of the top decks for sailaway. As you pull out of the port, the NYC skyline will be to your left. Once you pass the tip of Manhattah, the Statue of Liberty will be on the right. And, do stay on an upper deck when going under the Verazanno Bridge -- I don't want to spoil it for you, but it was very exciting, even for one who's seen it many times.
