My problem with CCL is that they are keeping my fuel surcharge on a technacality. I chged my res from one wk to the next because the fare was sooooooo high from one week to the next. My res fell between the guidelines of booking before and traveling after dates. They never told me a chg would be considered a cancellation after money was paid on the res.
