Your old booking saved you $420.00 in fuel surcharges. But that was not enough. Your new booking saves you $3500 in cruise fare. But that is not enough. Why not tell Carnival you will whine, and cry until they refund everything.Reasonable people would be happy with a NET savings of $3080. Carnival did not screw you on the fuel surcharge, YOU did it to yourselfK
