I have never gotten my cruise documents in 8 cruises worth on RCCL prior to 2 weeks, and one cruise did not receive them until 1 week ahead. And this through more than one travel agency.

I'm leaving on RCCL in 10 days and I got my docs on Feb. 29th. My wonderful TA FedEx'd them out to me as soon as she got them.

OK, I figured it out....my TA doesn't really trust me with documents, so she holds them to two weeks out so there is less chance that I will lose them. Oh well.
