3 days left!!! is anyone here going on this cruise? and tips?

Only thing i have to says is:

We have a flight that arrives at 2:30 from detroit we will run over to the boat and get on, we have all of the paperwork and stuff all set
we have no luggage only carryons that are stuffed

coming back, we have a flight that leaves at 12:15 so we will try to get off the boat first.

what time do the ships usually leave? i'm sure we'll get on though

Biggest problem I see is that you are scheduled to arrive at the Tampa airport at 2:30 for a ship that sails at 5:00. It may work out for you, but any little delay enroute may cause you to miss the ship. One should always plan to arrive a day early just in case of some unplanned delay. Here's hoping it works out for you, and have a great cruise.

As Cruzman said, that's a little close for comfort.
Are those Carnival supplied flights??

That 15-20 minute ride from the airport to the terminal can easily change to 30-45 minutes as ours did, due to traffic. (although we arrived at 1:30 on a Friday)
When they say she departs at 5 they mean it the ship will be on the way at 5PM.

We were on the Sensation last month and arrived in Tampa the day before.
We were in the 2nd boarding group and we walked onto the ship at 12:45.
Boarding started at 12:30 so by the time that you arrive your wait could be rather short as most will probably be onboard.
Your departure time should be fine as we were in the 3rd group off the ship and we arrived at the airport at 10:45.
Because your flight is before 1:00 PM they will put you in one of the first groups to leave the ship.

We had a great time on the Sensation.
Hope you enjoy yours also.
