We love the Conquest - just booked our third trip for April.Here's a tip about lobster night - send it back as many times as you need to...my first was over cooked and I happened to mention it and got another that was the best lobster I've had since leaving the Northeast to move to Dallas 26 years ago - SERIOUSLY!They don't mind bringing you a different entree or just a second of what you ordered. If you ever don't like it they will go out of their way to make it right - at least that is what we have found to be true.By far our favorite ship - we just wish there was a different itinerary to choose from - kind of tired of Montego Bay, Cayman and Cozumel....however, we go for the sailing, not for the ports!
