Chris,Smoking isn't limited in the cabins, though you're encouraged to smoke on the balcony in deference to future cruisers who may be smoke sensitive. As to breakfast, the hang tag menu will only list continental items. However, you can write in anything else you wish that they prepare, or order hot items in the morning. If the kitchen is preparing it, they'll deliver it. Just make sure to tell everything you want. If you want pancakes with butter and syrup, make sure to write pancakes, butter, syrup. They don't presume anything, even logical items.
