Can anyone recommend some good waiter's for the Golden - we are sailing her in the Eastern Car. 11-9. Have chosen PC dining. Would love to hear from some of you who have sailed the Golden lately - who did you enjoy.
Any other tips, hints or suggestions are welcome too.
thanks

we sailed on the golden about a year ago==15 dats spain==the med==on to ft laud, fla. you can not pick your waiter==no need to, they are all good==we have 17 cruises on princess and always had a good waiter and service==i think it depends on the passagner==talk to him==if you want something, ask for it==after each meal, we always thank him and tell him we enjoyed our meal.on the golden, we told the waiter that we wanted a shrimp cocktail each night , he called the table capt. over to our table, and he said give it to them==the key is to be nice to them and if you do not see it, ask for it. the William

How wonderful - please watch for my email - we have a group of people that are traveling on the 9th (all individual bookings) that have met on on the cruise boards.

I sure wish that someone who had been on the Golden the past couple of weeks would give us some recommendations on wait staff for PC dining. That is the one thing that I'm going to miss about tradtional dining - the wait staff can make or break your dining experience. This will be our first time trying the PC dining too.

Only 10 days to go :()

We on the the Golden 10/5. The lower PC dining room (Bernini) was less crowded than the one above it (Donatello). My understanding is the waiters are assigned to different dining rooms each cruise. Two that we enjoyed in the Bernini were Roberto from Italy and Gabor from Hungary.
