My dh enjoys golfing. Can't help you on those locations, however, he books through the cruise line. In that way, you can get off the ship with the ship's pro for early tee times. The pro also seems to know everyone at the courses and makes for a friendly golf outing. The pro also takes care of the transportation so there's nothing left to do but enjoy your time.
