I golfed at the Sandals Golf Course in Ocho Rios.  It was a very nice course.   You have to hire a caddy but you are still allowed to ride a cart.  I can't remember the cost. We went thru the Ship for the excursion. I know some people had golfed in Cozumel and they said the course was not in very good shape.  I did golf in Grand Cayman and the golf course was very nice.  Very windy however do to the location near the ocean.
