I am actually one of those people that take one cruise a year and I was on the Glory in Sept. and wrote not such a great review. I am not a picky person that needs people to cater to me. I have had conversations with the corporate office for Carnival and was told that they have received more complaints on the Glory than any other ship in their fleet. They welcome the complaints in order to make the improvements and it seems they are doing just that. I am sooooooo glad for the future Glory cruisers because I would not have wanted anyone to have the experience we had. I love Carnival and have sailed them several times and will sail them again. Glad to hear thing are good!!
