We just got back from the Explorer of the Seas yesterday.  Although our itinerary called for us to stop in Grand Cayman, we didn't because of Ivan.  Last we heard, it was going to be at least 4-6 weeks for Grand Cayman even to get the electricity back.  I can't see any ships heading there until mid-November or later, but that's just my opinion.
