This means that the snorkeling should be pretty good.If I was you and wanting to do Stingray City, go with an independent operator and then ask them to drop you at either a nice sandy beach (anywhere along 7 mile beach for example) or at a good snorkeling area. The driver should be able to offer some advice. When you are all done, Taxi back to the tender dock.
