I recall the fridge being empty, not stocked. I am not sure about the soda sticker but I believe it can be used anywhere on the ship, but it is good for fountain drinks only, not cans.

the sticker is +

You ticket to unlimited fountain soft drinks while on the ship. The price varies by length of cruise, around $25 for a 7 day cruise. It is a sticker they put on your card. Just show it to the server and the drink is free. The tip is included in the price of the sticker. Is it worth it? Probably if you drink a lot of sodas and like the Coke products served onboard.

Yes, you can use the sticker in the dining room. If you have traditional dining, your waiters normally remember you have the sticker and you don't have to pull out the card every night.

You cannot use if for sodas brought to your cabin by room service, as they come in cans and the sticker only covers fountain drinks.

I've never heard of them stocking the fridge with anything, unless you are in a suite or something. I know the first set-up of the mini-bara in the suites used to be complimentary, but I not sure whether this is so anymore.

I think mine paid for itself the first day (Diet Coke is my drug of choice). It was $22.50 and they gave you a thermal coke sports bottle type thing, but it only held about 12 ozs so I never used it. I always asked for a Large and usually got a 32 oz glass.

In the dining room, showed the card first night and each night after that Hector had my diet coke waiting for me (several of them)

like the others said, not good for room service or Princess Cays, but used it everywhere else, including the Theatre and Bingo.

When I was on Grand in 2000 the fridge had bottled water and if you drank any , a charge was added to your onboard account, as they kept track of what was in there.
