Yes, you can use the sticker in the dining room. If you have traditional dining, your waiters normally remember you have the sticker and you don't have to pull out the card every night.You cannot use if for sodas brought to your cabin by room service, as they come in cans and the sticker only covers fountain drinks.I've never heard of them stocking the fridge with anything, unless you are in a suite or something. I know the first set-up of the mini-bara in the suites used to be complimentary, but I not sure whether this is so anymore.Pea
