Just got back from the western carrb. last week and saw a big dent on the GS. What happen? It was told that RCCL will be pulling out of New Orleans.

we sailed her after the big parking accident, no internal damage, although the outside has a ding or two, your cruise should be fine. Must have been one hell of an insurance claim co-pay!

It's my understanding they dent will be fixed the next time she is in dry dock, which should be relatively soon. In the meantime, it has no effect on her sailing.

I was on the boat during the dock incident. I got to see the raw bob boo. I was a little nervous coming back on the boat, but who wouldn't be. We had no problems. I would have no problem going on the ship again, very comfy. But i would choose a high deck, I have weird luck on vacations. I also have a better insight into witness accounts from titanic. Other then that, It was my first cruise and I just schedualed another one next april. So being a grandure survivor didn't scare me enough to never get on a boat again.

Just imagine the mountain of Bondo fixing that dent required! :)

I'm looking forward to seeing her in September for the 9 day voyage to the NE states and Canadian maritimes.
