Hi AmyLynn. Returned today from our cruise on Grandeur and found the ship and crew to be excellent! After reading several negative reviews, we were not sure what to expect. We found the ship to be very clean and well-kept. The crew was fantastic and helpful in every way. The food was very good in both the Windjammer Cafe and the main dining room and was well presented. Overall the shows were good. In fact, one of the shows was probably the best entertainment we have experienced in the 4 cruises we have taken to date. Scott Record is an impressionist who does not only comedy but singing impressions. He was fantastic! He has appeared on Letterman and other television shows and has also been the opening act for numerous singers including Ray Charles. Scott sang "Georgia On My Mind" and you would have thought that the great Ray himself was on stage! We enjoyed the Grandeur very much. Hope this helps.
