Well, unfortunately I have never done a shuttle, so I cannot answer your question. When we arrive back in Los Angeles (4 times), I just go to my car. Twice in Florida I made arrangements for a rental car. Once I took a ship tour upon arrival in Miami and once I took a taxi back to the airport. In Vancouver I took a bus provided by the ship to the airport. My next cruise, in Puerto Rico, I'm going to take a taxi. So, I have no experience with shuttles.
