I work for a sheriffs office near Galveston county and have confirmed several warrants on persons that are coming back into port after a cruise... U.S. Customs and Immigration (ICE) will confirm that the warrant is valid and is on the person that is on the ship by name and dob and other personal data available to them... just a warning... if you have warrants, take care of them before you go out on a cruis ship... what a terrible way to end a cruise, but the good thing is that you don't have to wait in line to go through customs...
