GYM on the SEA

Going on our first cruise ever & had some questions about the gym onboard. We'll be on the SEA texarribbean cruise departing 3/27. I'm a competitive powerlifter, and have a 5 day a week training schedule. As much as i'd like to, i just can't afford to take a week off from training. So is the gym/fitness center one of those pitiful ones with a treadmill, bike, and a couple 5lb dumbells, or is this a real gym? I'm hoping to at least find olympic style bars, with a squat rack & bench. Any insight anyone could offer about this would be appreciated. Guess if it's one of those lame gyms, i'll be stuck in the room squatting beds & deadlifting dressers!

From what I remember it's kind of like a gym at an apartment complex. There was a selection of some machines and of course treadmill, stairmaster, etc. I really don't remember any free weights and considering that the sea is one of the smaller ships i doubt there's much more than what I described.
