HAL transfers

HI,

My traveling companions have bought the HAL transfer from the LaGuardia airport to the port in NYC. Their flight arrives at 8:30 am. How long will they have to wait at the airport until the HAL shuttle takes them to the port? My TA said the shuttles run throughout the day and once they have enough people they will go ahead and take them. Anyone have any insight?

My husband and I will be meeting them at the port and were thinking of going over about 10-11 am hoping that they would already be there as well.

it all depends on how fast the luggage and people get on board the bus------the arrival scheduled and the bus may be waiting for speciic planes to arrive before leaving lga
