Unbelieveably, my wife has WON a cruise! We're thinking about a cruise over Halloween. Is there any extra events for halloween cruises through the carribean?

the down side is you wind up with a lot of small chocolates.
Just put a paper bag over your head and go as a sack full of vegetables, or you can take off your clothes and tie a potato around your waist and go as a .............. never mind.

HALLOWEEN CRUISES ARE THE MOST POPULAR CRUISES. All the cruiseship are very festive.
I have been cruising for Halloween for years. I plan to cruise on the Carnival Splendor for Halloween on Oct. 31st to the Mexican-Riviera.
The Carnival Splendor is a great NEW SHIP. With great food and activities. People dress up in beautiful outfits.
My costume will be Genie in a bottle type of outfit. If you don't want to dress up you can just wear black and orange colors with some festive decorations around your neck.
ALL THE CRUISE SHIPS do make it very festive for everybody. Some of my friends will be cruising out of Miami and some out of Fort Lauderdale.
Airfare is very cheap presently. Last year I booked just for $220. round trip to Miami from Los Angeles. I always find some great air rates with the airline companies. LucyR.

Thanks for the help but we decided on an anniversary cruise in November instead.
Well, 'ya waited too long anyway as our Halloween cruise on the Elation is officially sold out. Just wondering how your wife managed to "win" this cruise?

She won one through the Rite Aid Monopoly game. We didn't believe it at first. Just thought it was some gimmick or scam. They just verified her info and sent her an e-mail with more info and a password. Called our Carnival rep and had him check things out. He called back in ten minutes with "you have a credit to be used for booking a cruise and transfers up to 2000 dollars" but it is use it or lose it. So we decided to change to the annivesary cruise in November. Might as well spend thier money!
