My wife and I were on last year's 10 day Summit which left of 10/31/03. I guess because halloween was the day we left port I only saw 70-80 people in costumes. Probably an equal number of staff were dressed for the holiday. Not sure but about 50% of that cruise were European passengers and I really don't know if they even observe that day in any manner. Anyway if Halloween falls within your 10 day timeframe I'm sure there will be a number dressed up. That may not happen though in 10/31 falls on one of the Formal nights onboard. Good luck the Summit was a 9.5 out of 10 and we hope to sail her again.Charlie
