I haven't sailed the Island Princess (am sailing the Coral over Thanksgiving, the Island over Christmas) yet, but have sailed on the Millennium and the Summit (sister ships to the Infinity). I have heard only great things about this class of ship. However, I also love the Millennium class ship too. Since you haven't sailed Princess yet, why not give them a try, assuming that the itinerary, etc are basically equal.
