Has anyone done these, been there?
We were originally going to just book Carnival's.. but now I saw this private company offering one as well. I would prefer to do the private company.. because it is cheaper, and actually in the city of Mahahual ... so can come and go as please, and close to the port if we want to go back on the boat for lunch, or whatever. The cruise lines beach is a 45 min bus ride away or something??
The only reason my friend wont go for the private one is because the cruise line says they have "non–motorized water sports equipment" there. Well, what exactly does that include anyways! She said she wants to be able to float on an air mattress or something. She also needs shade, so the beach has to have umbreallas.
So, has anyone been to either beach and can provide some more detailed info on what is there.. some ammo so I can convince her my choice is better??
