Help! Coffee on the Grand

We are cruising on the Grand on 6/15. I have seen on the boards that the coffee in the Grands dining rooms is supposed to be awful. But I seem to remember seeing somewhere that someone found a place on the ship to get at least decent coffee.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am not a coffee drinker but my wife is and putting me in a small cabin with a woman who has had bad to worse coffee might not be a good idea.

Thanks!

I thought the coffee in the casino was pretty good. I think there might have also been coffee available at one of the bars in the atrium area - possibly the one on the promenade deck.

Have a great cruise!

We just got off the Grand and the best place we found to get coffe was at the promanade bar on deck 7. The coffee elsewhere was not as bad as the last time we sailed on Princess. I think they have improved on their coffe throughout the ship in general. But the best place would have to be the promanade bar they have an espresso machine too if she wants that.

We sailed in April on the Grand, and it is standard cruise line 'nasty' coffee in the Buffet and dining rooms, we thought.
If you have a coffee lover with you and don't want to take along your own little coffee pot, may I make a suggestion? Pack some of the little Folgers coffee bags that make one cup at a time. Then all she will have to do is get a nice cup of hot water and in a few minutes she will have decent coffee no matter where she is on the ship. :)
Best of Luck!

Also, you can order espresso and cappuccino (free of charge) in the dining rooms. They do a good job on those :)
