Hello Randy's

I probably can't help with your other questions, but as for refundablity,  the answer is, "it depends".  It depends on when you will be cruising and which type of fare you booked. Their general cancellation policy shows penalties as follows:

2, 3, 4, and 5 day cruises

Up to 61 days--None (except for Cruise-To-Nowhere and Early Saver Fares*)

 60 to 30 days--Amount of Deposit

29 to 8 days--- 50% of Total Fare

7 days or less--100% of Total Fare

6, 7 and 8 day cruises

Up to 76 days--None (except for Early Saver Fares*)

75 to 30 days--Deposit

29 to 8 days----50% of Total Fare

7 days or less--100% of total fare

(for longer cruises the rest of the policy is on the web page)

So if you are going on a seven day cruise,  and if you booked with one of their regular fares,  and if it is more than 61 days until you are to cruise,  then there is no penalty, and you would get ALL your money back.

But IF you booked a cruise using their newer Early Saver option, the deposit is non-refundable, right from the date of booking. SOME changes can be made, for a $50 per person charge.  The full policy is on their web page.
