My oldest only needed the incentive of getting a sandbox, the next one, to be able to go to pre-school. Once it's fixed in their minds, you'd be surprised how fast they can come around. If you are fortunate enough to be on one of the ships with a "baby pool," you'll be in like Flynn! Radiance class ships have a separate pool with water slide, too.
