We are sailing on Freedom in 16 days and have yet to receive our travel documents. Our TA says now that you have to print them off but no one told us that. Our TA did request hard copies to be mailed to her but...they are not here yet...What to do? Should we be worried? I do have our booking numbers.

Go on line and print them.................................

If you are not registered on RCI's website no biggie, register, set up your account, fill out the online required information (usually consists of your immigration form that you would manually have to fill out at the counter, think getting on the ship faster if it is already done on line) and personal preferences, of which your cabin steward gets a copy so he knows how you like things, then when all done, go to print boarding pass and bingo, your done and don't forget to take them with you................

1) Go online and print the documents.

2) There is nothing in those documents that you need to board the ship. Sign in might take a few minutes longer without those documents but you will still be able to board the ship.

Royal Caribbean will send out hard copy documents but there is a charge of $30 - $35 for that "service".

Online Check-in instructions:

1. In your web browser, go to www.royalcaribbean.com

2. From the ‘Before You Board’ menu, click ‘Online Check-in’

3. The Online Check-in page displays. Input your last name, reservation # date of departure and ship name. Click the SUBMIT button.

4. Select the passenger(s) for which you want to check-in and click the BEGIN CHECK-IN button.

5. For each passenger follow the instructions on the screen and enter or edit the personal and immigration information

You may browse and pre-book shore excursions via the ‘Pre-Cruise Planner’ on the right hand side of your screen.

Enjoy your trip :eek:k:

Immigration information has to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to sailing, since you will be on line providing this information anyway to comply with DHS/ICE requirements only a few more clicks prints your boarding pass and your done, that is unless you have already provided the necessary immigration information already by mail...........
Micheal does this for a living, do his steps 1-5 and save time and grief and if there are any problems its better to find out now rather than at boarding time.

As Cruizer said "yes" that is what we were typing about............

and you will have completed everything necessary as you can not print your boarding pass until you have competed all the required forms, especially the immigration form which is required by and submitted to DHS prior to your cruise.

Go forth and have fun, and don't forget to pack those boarding passes along with your passport. (in your carry ons, not your checked luggage, laugh if you must, but it has been done)

Go on the RC website and do online check-in to print your set sail pass. There will also be a cruise documents tab and print that, as well.
