Thanks so much, Judy....(They are staying in Frisco, CO)

I have to hope for the best..

He called a bit ago, and said they are going snowboarding for a few hours, then getting in the car and heading home. This means that they will drive all night :(

He promised that they'd stop if they got tired.

He went on and on about how great it was....they had so much fun. Then he told me how they saw several wild animals in the woods there, while skiing. They saw some foxes and some other animal up in a tree. He said it looked similar to a raccoon, but without the stripes and much bigger. He was amazed to see these animals so close to the skiers.

So now I can bite my nails all night, until I hear from him tomorrow....

I'm sure he will be OK Reggae. These boys will really give you grey hair when they go on this adventures! As long as they take their time they will be fine the traffic will be heavy so he will have no choice but to take it slow.

Reggae the news just reported that the roads leading out of the mountains are closed in most cases. Loveland Pass and the Eisenhower Tunnel which are the two paths out of Frisco are now closed because of heavy snow and blowing snow creating blizzard conditions.

If DS didn't get out more than a couple of hours ago he will have to hunker down for the night. Everything leading up to Wyoming is also closed. Hopefully he made it to the Denver Area earlier and out to the east. It just started snowing here and we have high winds but it isn't supposed to be too bad here. I'm sure he is safe but if they didn't leave early he will have another night's stay in CO.
