On 1/4 I asked the same question and got lots of answers from folks. I sail the Conquest on 4/4/04 and worked to get a booking at the Holiday Inn across the street from the ship dock. I had to pay $113 a night not too bad, but definately not 78 quoted by others. There's a womens conference in town gobbling up rooms. You don't need a shuttle to the ship you can walk only 5 inutes. They do not offer shuttle service to airport, but suggested we use Airport Shuttle service every 15 minutes. We wanted to be in town and close to ship. ANd, fairly low rate. Look for any old posted in my name PLG and you'll find lotsssssss of answers to your questons. THese guys are great, but just answered lots for me! Pat

Hi Pat,
Thanks for the information!
Did you book the Holiday Inn on line? I was hoping it would be cheaper that way.

Happy sailing,
Alley

I could have, but there's this big women's convertion in town that week and I wanted to be sure I had the room so I call toll free. When I called Holiday Inn tollfree and quoted the price they matched it. Cost more because all less expensive rooms were taken. Pat
