Horizon/Bermuda weather?

My wife and I are looking at taking the Horizon out of Philly to Beremuda next October. Just looking for some information on the Horizon. I know its an older and smaller ship. We went on the Mariner and Golden this year, will we be disappointed in the Horizen? I have read alot about very rough weather going out to Bermuda. I know that when sailing this time of the year bad weather is a chance you take but it seems like weather is a little rougher sailing to Bermuda...Comments? Thanks!:USA:AL

bikevegas,
In case you have not found the 'reviews' section on this board, take a look. I sailed FLL to Bermuda in the Spring some 6 years ago and kind of rough for the crossing but as not bothered by sea sickness had no problem. As always the weather will be the luck of the draw. Looking forward to our next one out of Norfolk on this ship in May 2005.

Weather can be iffy but that aside, have made that trip three times on her sister
ship Zenith and would do it again in a heartbeat. They are perfect ships for the
itinerary as they are small enough to get through the cut at St George. As far as
the weather, it CAN get a little rough but we have actually always gone in October
and have been real lucky I guess, great sailing, have sailed out of both New York
and Baltimore, no complaints on the crossing at all.
