Anyone get any unbelievable deals from NYC to Bermuda 9-7-02 that they would like to share? the quotes i am getting are ridiculous.. almost book!!!

I just got 926 pp Florida deck outside for that date. That was the best I could do even with my Capt Club upgrade.

Last year we sailed to Bermuda on the Zenith's last cruise of the season in October and the price was really reasonable. Maybe if you're flexible about timing, you can find a better fare?

Went on the Horizon last year to Bermuda. Love the ship. Last year they gave everybody $50.00 shopping credit on land @ the Bermuda shops. If they still give that out, maybe you should go on the Horizon.

I am considering the Horizen next July. How is the night life on and off the ship. Are the rooms comfortable. I would like to book a cat 3 on the atlantic deck. Is this worth it ? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I was wondering if anyone took the bus from Boston to NY that CC offers?

Sylvia. Only room cats of different size are 1 & 2. Cat 3 and all the rest are the same size. I think u get an inroom mini bar in cat 3. So the only real benefit that I can think of is you're near the top decks. But for Bermuda I don't think that would mean that much as you are getting off and on more than going to the pool decks. Make sense? Rooms are very comfortable we think. I'm not sure of how the night life goes during the Bermuda trips but at sea fits our active 50's life style.

Thank you for your response. If the only difference is the mini bar then why not book a cheaper room!! I have booked suites before but in this case I don't think it is necessary as I will not be in it as much hence no balconies. We are an active young 40 ish couple who enjoys lots of different things. Especially dancing. I am looking forward to my first trip to Bermuda. Happy sailing.

My wife and I have booked the Zenith for next July. We looked at both Horizon/Zenith and settled on Zenith. Both sister ships so it mostly came down to itinerary. This will be our first cruise to Bermuda and our sixth or so trip to the Island. It sure is a paradise. Bermuda is one of if not our Favorite Island. Great people, hospitality, turquoise waters, coral reefs, scuba diving, mopeds, etc, etc, etc.
Can't wait to cruise there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sylvia, My wife and I are planning on taking a shuttle from Hartford to New York this way we don't have to drive in the City and leave a car for a week. Never done that before so should be interesting.

We enjoyed the Zenith for our 25th anniversary last May. You made a great choice and your spouse will appreciate it! Be sure to let them know which date is your anniversary and they will give you recognitation at your table. There also was an anniversary/newlywed party on the way to Bermuda. Food was excellent, service great (we were absolutely spoiled in the Royal Suite) and the ship spotless. We were not impressed with Bermuda, but I know we are in the minority there. In any event you will have a very special time!
