I went horseback riding in George Twon Grand Cayman with Honey Suckle and it was fabulous!! You can find there site on the caymanislandsdiscounts.com site if you want more info. You ride on the beach in a really small group, it was my first time on a horse and I loved it!

One thing to consider-
we looked into this because my daughter wanted to ride on the beach-I was told that Cozumel has health ordinances that prohibit beach rifding so if that is what you are looking for you may have to try another port.
I have not yet been on our first cruise, but here is what I have found out so far. The Cozumel horseback riding is more of a jungle ride to see Mayan ruins, there is no beach riding. I have heard some reviews that the horses were underweight. We are doing the Horseback Riding Adventure at Calica/Playa del Carmen, which does have horseback riding along the beach, and swimming with your horse. Hope this helps some.
I did the Horse back ride to the ruins in Cozumel and one lady in my group was a vet... the animals were well cared for and in great shape... look in the gallery at the inspiration pics ( I posted a few pics there ) I think I put up 4 galleries and it should be in Inspiration DAY FOUR I think.. I was with Bunea Vista Ranch.. was a nice ride.. ( free beer at start and finish ) yep the ruins are mostly reconstructions.. but fun anyway... Plenty of time to hit the Main town as well for shopping... yep pics of Carlo's and Charlie's bar in the gallery.....that is on the end of town nearest the ship.
