I second Cruiseaholics post, On our FIRST Princess cruise we were upgraded from an inside to a outside with balcony,really!. We had booked a year in advance and I think the ship was half empty, so we got real lucky. We didn't find out until a week before our cruise when our ta phoned us. Since it wasn't on our documents we assumed she was wrong, but when we got to the pier , we were in fact given the great cabin!No ones really knows how it works( or we'd all be trying for the penthouse suite! lol)Here's to hoping , thats all we have , hope!
