I assume you are talking about a soda card on Carnival seeing this is the Carnival section of the board. All you do is go to any bar and tell them you want a soda card and they will give you one and charge it to your sign and sail card. The price of the card does include tips so no need to worry about that. From than on just show the card to the bar wait staff or bartender and you will get a glass of soda of your choice. You will only get one glass per order but you can order a glass as often as you want.I am not sure how long your cruise is but the price for a 7 night cruise is $34.99 or at least it was in the first part of Sept.
