We intend pretty much to do as Paul. Daughter, grand daughters and I will wear long dresses for first formal night and short cocktail types the second. DD has a tux and the semi formals we will wear sun dress or very nice pant suits with guys in jackets. I do think the guys are going to fore go the ties on the 2 semi formats. Following the dress code just makes sense to us and makes us feel more comfortable. We don't have to worry about not being dressed properly. Our grand daughters are loving the idea of dressing formally. The oldest is a college Jr and is used to this the other a high school senior.Nita
