I have never be under one, but there is no way it can be worse than being under a kitchen (be there), or over or under a music lounge.Some people may wash their cloths all night, but I doubt you would hear it.Sorry to be a jerk with this statement, but if those things bother you, you really should not book guarantee but the exact room you want where you know what is above and below you.
