How to spend day in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area

Does any one have any tips/ideas for how to spend day when getting off cruise in Miami and don't have flight till late at FLL? Ideally, need something that will use up most of the day, store luggage and will include getting from port to airport.

Most cruise lines offer a bit of a Tour that accomplishes just that. Also there are various baggage transit methods depending on your cruise line and Airline. Suggest you check those out first. If you booked through a TA they should be able to help you. If you booked with a cruise line contact them directly.
